Where We Work
Serving Surprise, AZ and the surrounding West Valley communities — Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Waddell, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Glendale and Goodyear.
What Happens After You Reach Out
We walk the site with you, look at access, soil and what the city or HOA requires, and put the scope and the price in writing. Nothing starts until you say go.
Have ready: the property address, what is going in (a slab, a pool, a shop, a septic system, a water line), the rough size of the dig, any site plan or grading permit you already have, and your timeline.
The free estimate covers the dig, the hauling and the clean-up. It does not cover engineering, surveying or permit fees the city charges separately — we tell you up front which apply to your lot.
